Social Media & Promo Video Policy

1. Content License & Grant of Rights

When you submit a video, upload files, or connect/provide links to your public social media accounts (including Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook) on the Banda On Call mobile application or platform, you grant Banda On Call a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to:

• Access, fetch, download, process, optimize, transcode, and host your portfolio video content.
• Publish and feature your video content on Banda On Call's mobile app reels feed and official social media channels (including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and directory web pages).
• Display your business name, contact profile, and service descriptions alongside the video for business discovery and lead generation purposes.

2. Video Submission Standards & Copyright Compliance

All video submissions and linked social media media must adhere to the following community standards:

• Authenticity: Videos must represent genuine services offered by your business listing.
• No Infringement: You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for all footage, audio, and materials included in your submissions or linked profiles.
• Commercial Music Notice: Providers should prioritize portfolio clips featuring authentic work and spoken descriptions. Banda On Call does not license third-party commercial songs and reserves the right to mute, strip, or replace background audio.
• Copyright Takedowns: If any party believes content infringes their copyright, they may contact services.botgems@gmail.com for expedited removal pursuant to applicable intermediary liability safe harbor provisions.
• Prohibited Content: Videos containing misleading information, offensive content, hate speech, or illegal activities will be rejected immediately.

3. Exclusive Control, Social Media Rights & Deletion Authority

Once a video submission is submitted, approved, or published to our official social media channels (such as YouTube, Instagram, or Facebook):

• Sole Promotional & Management Rights: All rights to manage, promote, distribute, edit, feature, retain, or delete the video on social media channels rest solely and exclusively with Banda On Call.
• No Customer Deletion Right: Customers and service providers do not hold any right, authority, or entitlement to request or demand the deletion, unlisting, or removal of published promo videos from Banda On Call's social media platforms once submitted.
• Permanent Brand Assets: Videos published on official social media channels become part of Banda On Call's promotional catalog and directory index to drive continuous traffic to business listings.

4. Moderation & Editorial Discretion

Banda On Call retains complete and unilateral editorial discretion to determine if, when, and how long a video remains published, as well as the sole authority to modify descriptions, tags, or remove videos if necessary.
